The competition has no connection to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. All requests and notices regarding the competition should be directed to the organizer and not to Facebook.

Conditions of participation:

Eligible to participate, hereinafter referred to as participants, are persons who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Europe, as the prizes are sent exclusively within Europe.
Excluded from participation are employees, freelancers and authorised representatives of Fixemer, authorised representatives of any cooperation partners of Fixemer, their employees and relatives. Other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are also excluded from participation.
The participant undertakes not to share any illegal content. In addition, participation in the competition is only possible in one's own name. An irregular participation of a participant in the competition results in exclusion from the competition.
Participation in this competition is voluntary and free of charge. It is carried out exclusively in the manner described in the Facebook post.
The competition begins with the publication of the corresponding post and ends at the time stated in the post. Participation after the end of the period is not possible.
The object of the competition is the prize described in the contribution.
A cash payment of the prize is excluded.
The winner will be randomly selected no later than 3 days after the end of the competition period. The winner will be announced by linking his name in the Facebook post. Participants agree that their name will be published on Facebook if they win. The winner must contact Fixemer's Facebook page via private message within 5 days to submit the address details. The prize will be sent by post.
If the distribution of the prize is not possible because the notification and/or delivery of the prize fails, the claim to the prize lapses. The same applies if it turns out only after the draw that a winner was excluded from participation.
Fixemer is not responsible for the availability of the Facebook website or its own Facebook page. Fixemer is also not liable for any transmission errors.
Fixemer reserves the right to terminate the competition in whole or in part prematurely or to change its course at any time, even without notice, if it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons to carry out the competition properly.
Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these Conditions of Participation.

The personal data collected in the context of the competition will be used exclusively in connection with this competition and subsequently deleted again.
Fixemer collects, processes and uses the personal data of participants only in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and for the provision, implementation and handling of the competition.
Participants have the right to request free information about the personal data that Fixemer has stored about them. In addition, participants have the right to correction of incorrect data, revocation of consents, blocking and deletion of their personal data, insofar as there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.
